I know I'm a bit late for The Walking Dead train, but I hadn't heard of this series till the show started airing and found it to be too intense to watch. In its original, graphic novel form, however, I'm absolutely loving it. It's further removed from reality in this medium and doesn't fill me with the perpetual dread that the television series does. Looking forward seeing what happens to Rick and witness his character's transformation, as this is not your typical zombie-smashing thriller.
