Read from July 08 to 29, 2017 , read count: 1

Poorly constructed from the start. The very real, very dramatic, and very, very messy history of treachery against King Richard, the Papal Schism, and the uncertainty of law stained England and Europe, and so poorly explained. Clumsily written, adding incoherency to a confusing and confounding period in history, I literally forgot I was reading this book.
