I have always loved the character of Zorro ever since watching the 1940 movie version with Tyrone Power on TV as a kid. This is the first time I have experienced the actual book and I liked it a lot. Yes, it's a bit silly and the plot is a little thin but it's just a fun, entertaining adventure story. I wouldn't put it on the shelf next to Dickens, but it's good for some light entertainment.

I listened to this as an audiobook narrated by BJ Harrison of The Classic Tales Podcast. I thought he did a great job with the voices.
