While I am a big Zig Ziglar fan, this book fell a little short. Some of the sales "tips" seemed manipulative to me. And, while I have reservations about some of the techniques and communication styles discussed, let me also state that this book is loaded with excellent ideas for closing a sale.

The book covers hundreds of sample sales questions, dozens of sales closes, and homespun humor to illustrate the author's points. He covers the reasons prospects don't buy, the strategies that professional salespeople need to use, quotes, books, and advice.

The book has been around a very long time, but can still help anyone wanting to become a successful salesperson.
