I would have given this book four stars (I reserve 5 stars for really good books like Harry Potter Series, Adventures of Tom Sawyer, etc) weren't it for the few unnecessary sex scenes here and there.

This is a fast paced novel and you won't get bored or feel like putting down the book once you start reading it. The plot revolves around a possibility of what might happen when every computer goes down (believe me, it's not impossible and the chances are high) and how the economy and the day-to-day life will take a plunge leaving the entire nation into darkness.

Those who are not familiar with tech jargon need not worry, the book is written in easy to understand language (technology-wise).

Overall, I liked the book and I bet it could have been better because it is coming from one of the best security researchers at Microsoft - Mark Russinovitch (the author of the book.)
