I enjoyed this book. It was well written and the characters were interesting. I didn't think the plot was that solid as I figured out who the killer was pretty early on. The other issue I had with the book (which is more a short coming on my part) was the Irish slang used. I had a hard time following some of the conversations because of it. I also thought the main character's family hang ups played too much of a dominate role in the book. How many chapters could we have with the same complaining and pity parties about his messed up family? This is one of the main things that kept me from giving this book 4 stars.
