it was amazing

A pixie fable with a dark underside...

M. R. Mathias has taken the classical fable to a whole new level...

Oonzil is an aggressive young pixie who feels the need to defend his family's honor, no matter who he needs to fight or how many times he must be punished by Master Zarvin the wizard. He refuses to accept the insults hurled at his father just because he had returned home after promising not to escape from a Human trapper who intended to grind him into pixie dust. Wasn't it enough that he had saved Jurva's life by making that false promise?

No, one way or another, Oonzil commits himself to seeing his family free of the vile "Oathbreaker" insult! And so, on the back of an eagle, he goes in search of the evil human tracker at least a hundred times his height. After his capture, you won't forget the way the danger grows to encompass not just Oonzil but dozens of other pixie villagers as well.

An enthralling tale with a dark edge.
