really liked it
bookshelves: new-adult, young-adult

Really loved this book for the:
- honest emotions and portrayal of grief
- close brother/sister relationship, even if only shown in memories
- crazy road trip
- more than slightly hot scruffy cowboy

This is exactly what I expected it to be, and I mean that in a good way. I've been looking forward to this book for a long time, and it was extremely enjoyable. I loved how it was sad and moving, but I never felt drenched in grief... there was always a tiny bit of hope, like even when Honor felt at her darkest she still wanted to live her life and go on to make her brother proud.
