Excellent artwork depicting the city and itself and its many characters but lacking in story and dialgoue. Still a fun read overall. Basically, a hash smuggler steals and then sells and mystical hookah containing a genie and runs into a variety of characters: a radical young student, an expat Middle East enthusiast, a reporter and an Israeli commando. It could've been better written, but it was enjoyable enough.
