This book had been doing so great, with an interesting pair of unprofessional detectives as the MCs and the tone is well set, the details about the serial murder case finely described, but the ending is so predicable and the explanation (or the lack of it) to the murder mystery........lame. Totally saw it coming! (view spoiler)It is just so 'been-there, done-before' to me, I'm unimpressed!
