This workbook is really useful for anyone who wants to practice mindfulness and distress tolerance. My friend Carol trains foster care workers in DBT at her job in upstate NY.

10/9/11 - I haven't read the whole book cover to cover yet, but I know I will refer to it time and again. A truly excellent workbook for changing negative thought patterns.
