I first read this when I was sure I was straight (ha), and of course I loved it, I mean, it was GAY. but god, rereading this now as a queer teen facing similar struggles as Simon and ALSO knowing that I’ll being seeing this book in theatres in just a few days means so so much to me. also, this is hilarious and I literally could not stop smiling after hitting 85% I LOVE MY GAY SONS SO MUCH

semi-coherent review to come!!
