(This was an audio read book) This might well be the last Murder Club mystery. Not for James Patterson mind you but for me. I will have to wait a few days and think about that a little more. There are 3 police operations going on in this book which makes it a little more realistic than the novels that depict an entire unit concentrating on one thing at a time, as if life waits for loose ends to be tied up before you move on. There are also at least 2 romances but they are superflous to the story and little time was wasted on the contradictory directions they were taking. On the whole there were parts of the book that kept me intrigued and others that had me wishing I could fast forward as I threatened to nod off in boredom. For the most part it was entertaining. Not great characters, not great plots but mildly entertaining.
