Jane Austen is always great, y'all! Sense and Sensibility has so many characters that are simply just excessively annoying that I am amazed at how well Elinor can cope! lol. To be honest, I don't really relate to Elinor very often...but I do respect her and like her. She is so very steady in her manner and I admired that. The portrayal of the various characters within the book were excellent. One thing I love about Jane Austen's books is how many things you can learn/remember/reflect upon on character, morals, etiquette and good conduct. (or perhaps bad). I really enjoyed this book... my favorite character had to be Colonel Brandon, perhaps, but I also loved Mrs. Jennings. The bond between the sisters was great, and I enjoyed seeing how their personalities balanced one another. The ending was really sweet and fun to read. ;)
