it was amazing
bookshelves: children

This is a precious story of overcoming bullying, grief, and abuse. The little heroine is a trooper, but she's not an unrealistic girl with nerves of steal. I think our little ten year old Princess could relate to a lot of Elle's struggles. I actually loved the Biblical references throughout the books pointing our little dreamer toward the Lord and His gifts and blessings instead of fantasy magic. Princess loved the gifts the Fiorins have so that each one has a special and unique way to help the children in their charge.
