really liked it

Essentially a long-form rant against the fact that people (1) think they're experts when they're clearly not, and (2) tend to look down on expertise and distrust experts. It was both inspiring and infuriating. He writes well, but he offered no solutions. So, take it for what it is -- a rant, and a good one.
