Not much to say. It started pretty good. Sherlock Holmes is not at all how I imagined him to be, neither is Watson. Holmes is pretentious, a know it all who thinks very highly of himself, and I really dislike people and characters like that. So he wasn't at all likable for me. Watson, on the other hand, is much more intelligent than pop culture gives him credit. The story was mostly fine, 3 stars pushing on 4, but around the middle it changes completely to a 30 or so years back flashback that was boring, way too descriptive and long, as if someone other than Doyle had wrote it.
I don't know if I'm up to reading any more of Holmes stories or adventures because he is very irritating. Maybe.
