It's about a magical traveling circus, only open at night, that consists of multiple tents that far outperform even the wildest of imaginations. A challenge set between a boy and a girl takes place over several years with the circus as their venue, but they fall in love despite the game, and they must play it out to the end.

My Take:
Loved it - 4 out of 5 stars. I loved the magical sense I got while reading it, and I highlighted a ton of one-liners that were music to a dreamer's ears. I enjoyed all of the characters and the descriptions of the circus made me wish it were real so I could visit. I don't think the challenge was ever fully explained, amongst other details, which made the book seem a little disjointed at times. But all in all, I thought it was a great read.
