The writing style in this series is always so engaging, and this book is no exception. I liked that the mystery focused on something other than the typical murder, and that the professional stakes were as high for Olivia as the personal ones. I was really invested in her desire to impress the new first family and I completely sympathized with her fears that she might be replaced by the family's own personal chef. Though a lot of unlikely events occur in this book, it was a really enjoyable and unpredictable read, and I'm looking forward to seeing Olivia's relationship with the new characters blossom in the next couple of books.
