Holy balls this book took forever to read! I'd say about half of the novellas/short stories that make up this book are really good, about a quarter are okay, and the rest are snoozers. Some of the best were way too short, and some of the worst dragged on forever. Regardless, every chapter was a banquet of food for thought. This is a good book to read to spark conversations about history. Great to read with others.
