This was a very good male/male romance. Coyote knows River is his fated mate and has been trying to make a connection with him for quite awhile. River has had a lot of bad luck in his short lifetime and is wary and doesn't trust easily. They are a very cute and sexy couple. There is a lot going on in this book magic, shifters and MC Club and I think the author blends it all together very well. Loved seeing how hard Coyote was willing to work to make that connection with River and it was truly beautiful when River finally opened himself up to the love he feels for Coyote. This is the first book I have read by this author. I was given an ARC copy in return for an honest review. It was a very enjoyable book and can be read alone but I do feel I missed out by not having read the other books in this series. That however is on me, not the author or this book.
