really liked it
bookshelves: headache-migraine
Read in August, 2011 — I own a copy

Artfully written descriptions and unusual observations experienced by this man with migraine disease, and its effect on life, his and those around him. This is no ordinary memoir, rather it is like slipping into a dream where even fleeting thoughts have sometimes different meanings while one is having an attack. In reading it I felt I'd found a partner in this unlikely journey of trying to make sense of an illness so full of mystery.
