Maus written by Art Spiegelman is one of the better graphic novels that I have read. It is a emotional and mind-capturing book which will make the reader feel remorse about what the Jewish people had to go through during the Holocaust. This book is about a author named Artie who interviews his dad everyday about how he survived the Holocaust, and with all this information he will write a comic book about what Jews had to go through. Throughout this process he learns a lot his family history and how his real mom died and more tragedies. But the cause for him to write this book is to let people know about the Holocaust which helps him pull through and continue the story. This is an excellent book and would recommend it to all the people who is interested in the Holocaust.
