I thought this was a very important story to tell. I just felt like it needed to be told in non-chronological order to make it more compelling. Very long and although the language telling the story was wonderfully descriptive, it was almost too descriptive. I would have started the tale with the action in the John Glen chapter and then told the back story. Which I've heard is similar to the way the movie was done -- as it was essentially just from this one chapter in the book -- this actually makes sense!
