it was amazing

I loved the swift pace of this novella. This is a page-turner and you can read it in one sitting (although I'm a slow reader and it took me a few days). There is a tangible sense of panic and darkness as everyman Callum tries to protect his family from the visitors from Hell. I was drawn in from the get-go and I'm confident this book will appeal not only to horror fans, but also sci-fi fans who enjoy some scares and otherworldly creepiness tossed into the mix. If they ever bring back the Twilight Zone, this would make a terrific first episode.

Props to the author for his writing chops too. This is beautiful, no-frills and not-a-wasted word writing. A great read and well worth your time.
