Very clever the way it was written from the nine year old's (Bruno) point of view. Imagine the way it is written will appeal very much for the younger reader whom it is aimed at. When you see it from Bruno's point of view you realise even more how illogical the bigotry his elders and"betters" have is. Although the end of the book was not as clear cut and "dramatic" as the film adaption, it was no less horrifying. Hope his father, the commandant, gets exactly what he deserves.
