Denise Van plew's Reviews > Solitary Man
With this one I got everything I want in a story from the get go. I also have not read this author before so this was refreshing. Ryder makes a promise to a dying man whom is also his friend. Brenna only knows him at first as grumpy neighbor but things will have a way of changing when peculiar events cause him to start being more active on his promise. As it happens too there is something someone is after because dirty deeds are gonna come undone. As you are sucked into the drama and danger could smack you at any corner you are riveted to this story. There is also a attraction that will grow but will be stubborn at times to stay in its place, thank goodness for us . As things heighten you will be on edge even more but you want it wrapped up so you can see if Ryder can get over himself. Suspense will be over the top by the time the end does come with you finally getting to eat dessert.
