really liked it
bookshelves: humour, mystery, vamps-faeries-weres-and-supes

Bumbling constable just graduating from probation comes across a bizarre murder. He's happy to get some info from an eye witness, until he figures out it's a ghost.

This was a pretty fun book that mixes straight up cop mystery with strange British characters, supernatural forces both good and evil, as well as a healthy dose of legend. I heard echoes of Neverwhere in a good way.
