An easy read, with fascinating lessons for all campaigners about how and why people feel about, and deal with risk. A little utilitarian for my tastes, and worryingly, rather unconcerned about issues of control and reversibility of risks - which imho - leave Gardner unable to deal with some of his own apparent prejudices.
