liked it

Great description of common qualities for companies/organizations that achieve distinct, sustained success. I appreciate that a lot of the principles that Collins writes about can also be generalized to everyday life.

Though I found many of his concepts obvious/familiar (have a good team, have a steady focus, be disciplined, etc.), it was nice to have all of these in a single volume. I found the writing style to be a bit slow for my interest, but I appreciate the rigorous quantitative analysis. Definitely something I'd recommend to others.
