A school history project sets Macey off on a path which she probably wishes she had never started down. But once begun, Macey is compelled to complete the journey. The story contains an element of mystery, with themes about racism, personal responsibility, trust, family and friendship.

Although aimed at a teen/young adult audience, I think this is a novel readers of all ages will appreciate.
