it was amazing
bookshelves: ryan-recommends, general-fiction

One of the saddest, yet most honest, stories ever told. The characters come alive on the page with such urgency that you'll feel every breath they take, every bit of joy and sorrow they experience. The movie version is a near-perfect adaptation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. But keep a box of Kleenex nearby.
