2003- I was excited to find this book, as I had never read a book about a ""normal"" German girl during the Holocaust. Korinna is this girl, and she is a devout follower of Hilter...until she finds out her parents are hiding Jews behind her bedroom wall. The fact that Korinna has quite a dilemma on her hands- turn in her own parents? stay silent and therefore a traitor? is interesting, but the writing was bland. I read the entire book in one night, so if you are curious, go for it, but I've read much better books about people on the ""other side"", like the Jews.
