it was ok
bookshelves: young-adult-fiction

I was disappointed with this book. It is no where near as good as Holes. The book is about Armpit being released from the work camp and getting back into regular life. It deals with many teen issues--especially negative peer pressure and the consequences of caving into it. It is an okay read if you don't compare it to the first book; it just isn't in the same league as the genius of Holes.
