bookshelves: contemporary, new-adult, romance, underwhelming

ineffectual special snowflake protagonist Claire is dumped by boyfriend, angry-meets LI, then takes over the hotel she's staying at to "inspire" them (even though she has no experience) to improve in order to meet angry LI approval. Takes about one google search to find out amazing things about LI, and about one minute longer to actually fall for him. She goes from one controlling man to another, doesn't do anything she wants to do in Paris besides mope, and follow LI around. Unbelievable romance, one-note characters - not my cup of tea at all.
