So it turns out that Dick Van Dyke is pretty much as nice a guy as you would hope he is. He balances a discussion of his career with stories of how his own personal values developed throughout his life. He spends more time on some projects (The Dick Van Dyke Show, Mary Poppins) than others, but you get a nice overview of his career. He also talks at length about his beliefs and values, without seeming preachy about it. It's a fairly straightforward narrative, but now I feel like I know one of my favorite actors quite a bit better.
