really liked it

I'm trying to pace myself and read one book a day from this series, and while I'm finding it hard to stick to that discipline, I think the time spent letting the story sink in and marinate in my thoughts a bit will do me well.

I've read the entire series before, probably a decade or so ago, but I had no recollection of this story, which, in my opinion, made it a better read, since it was as if I was truly discovering this book for the first time-- although the illustrations seemed strangely familiar, especially of the one of Aravis sitting cross-legged while telling her tale.
