really liked it

Since I started on the Bride Series a long time ago and have enjoyed every one because of the author's style of writing them with much humor involved as well as much more graphic sex in the older ones. This one lacked the graphic sex, but did retain several interludes with her classic humor that had me running for a tissue I was laughing so hard.
It did seem a bit stiff at some points, but over all it was an enjoyable light read as usual and did include a few tense moments as well. My suspected villain turned out to be correct in the end, as it may well for other readers, but it surely didn't ruin the story. I'm glad I read it, as I've been reading way too many much more serious books lately. This was a wonderful, relaxing break from those more gruesome stories. Thanks to Catherine Coulter for taking me back to the old days.
