it was amazing
bookshelves: rock-bios

This is a well rounded book on Television warts and all. I like the way the story unravels about the band being projected as the next big thing, and never getting mass love. Seems like the only person with a sense of humor in the band was Richard Hell, once he was gone so was the spark. The book goes on with humorless Tom Verlaine leading the ship and it is amusing to read how he navigates his band.
