it was amazing

** spoiler alert ** I absolutely enjoyed this book! Much more than Nefertiti. I think the description is wrong in saying this is a stand alone novel and not related to Nefertiti. It absolutely is and if you don't read Nefertiti, you might not understand some of things that happen in this book, like how Nefertari's parents die, or what Nefertiti did in Amarna. I did enjoy Moran bringing in elements that could have possibly happened during Ramses II's reign like Moses and the Hebrews. I really liked the happy ending because most royal stories do not end happily ever after like Nefertari and Ramses's story did.
