really liked it

The author often goes about the X years one of the master spent as an apprentice just practicing, Y numbers of year he held a terrible job, the Z years of confusion and dissatisfaction and he finds himself at age 20. And you have to say okay hang on, hang on, that is not what I was told when I was taking that awful course on technical report writing at age 22 in university.

The object of the book is not a look at our educational system or anything but it really makes you wonder, have we really optimized our system for mastery?

I'm not sure what genre to put this book in, it's part biography, part self help and a whole lot of great research on human behaviour to take in. But it's a great read lets you have an in depth look at old and contemporary masters, their journey and their lessons.

Arslan thank a lot for great recommendation, thoroughly enjoyed the book and I hope to implement things from it in life.
