Something Else Press: YES; Happenings: YES; Al Hansen: YES. This bk is shorter than the Kirby one on the same subject but it may cover more people. Hansen provides various scores for Happenings of his own. Included is a piece for cars, a favorite genre of mine (that includes pieces by Robert Moran & Dick Turner amongst others). The piece is called "Car Bibbe" & provides instructions for 9 cars. These instructions include things like: tooting horn, sitting on the roof, slamming the door, opening & closing the glove compartment, blinking the lights, "set fire to your car", "Give yourself up to the proper authorities", "Drive suddenly up over the dunes and into the sea", "Run away." I'd like to attend an entire festival of just car pieces.
