This was enjoyable but, unlike other middle grade fiction I've read, not really suitable for adult readers (in my humble opinion!). I say this because while this would be great for an 11-year old with an interest in the law/mysteries, few adult readers would need someone to explain what a mortgage and foreclosure is (sadly!).

Well-written, as you'd expect from Grisham, with likeable characters. If you have a 10-13 year old with an interest in the law, this would be ideal for them.
