So, is Marjorie possessed or is she suffering from mental illness? It seems like even the author never really decided, which makes the story a little wishy-washy, but overall I liked this one. It's spooky and captures well the vulnerability of childhood, especially the precarious period on the cusp of adulthood when adults are afraid of us.

I listened to this on audio and found the narrator's voices for the different characters a little grating and her pronunciations a little odd sometimes. I still listened to the whole thing, though, so it must not have bothered me too much.
