I thoroughly enjoyed this book because it's not like some of those "I'm thirty and looking for love in LA" type books. It seems that way from the start from the sarcastic, first person narrator, but it's actually pretty intellectual. It's about a partially depressed woman who's been married twice, and finds solace in books. In that respect, the narrator reminded me a lot of myself. She ends up going out with this book store employee, who ends up being kind of a douche, (sp?) and slowly starts to reunite with her ex husband. There's a lot about literature I haven't read, and it inspired me to read more. I loved it.
