“Forgiveness is not a feeling; it is a commitment.”

–Gary Chapman

I read this book as part of a small group discussion. It's ideas have long been dissected and analyzed by so many people I know, but the first time I came across this information it struck me as novel, helpful, and very valuable.

Even though it might seem like an obvious thing, it's worth it for a lot of people to learn that not all of us give and receive love in the same way. And that's a beautiful thing. This book is generally written for a Christian audience but I find it's helpfulness and utility far reaching.
