What a wonderful second chance story! Stella is the only granddaughter of a loving grandfather, Nicholas, who mentored Evan Foss from the time he was a teenager. Evan and Stella had a moment long ago, but it ended up with him rejecting her and her avoiding him ever since. But, now she has come home to England from Australia after the death of her grandfather and has to decide what to do with his estate home. Evan wants the estate and will do anything to get Stella to sell to him.

Their ensuing romance is both sweet and emotional and at turns, quite vulnerable on both their parts. I could empathize with both of them. Evan, for his insecurities for having grown up poor without a good relationship to model his own after, and Stella, for never having felt as if she fit in anywhere. Both characters are likable and interesting, especially Stella, she really resonated with me.

Millionaire Under the Mistletoe is well written and sweet with just the right amount of steam, and features a great setting, England has never seemed so lovely.

I received an ARC through NetGalley for an honest review.
