Where She Went (If I Stay, #2)

It's been three years since Mia got on a plane and left for Julliard. Since then, she and Adam have lived separate lives and they both found success in their pursuit of music. Adam's world is one of a rock star, while Mia is on the brink of a great classical performance career. The pain of losing Mia has never really left Adam, and a chance meeting forces them to face the lingering pain so they can move on.
This book is written from Adam's perspective, and I love that. It is so rare that you get to continue a story from a different vantage point, and it gives a much deeper understanding of the relationship between Mia and Adam. I wouldn't say that this is as strong of a book as If I Say, but it fulfilled the need to know what happened to these two.
The story is written in the same direct manner and the vantage point of a young male is very believable. I loved knowing Adam's thoughts and seeing Mia through his eyes.
