really liked it

Very interesting though I won't pretend to have understood it all. Reminded me of Kessler's End to Overeating-overcoming addictive behavior is not just a matter of willpower but rather changing how your brain responds (no small task). Furthermore, some people are just far more susceptible to addictive behavior than others. I felt enlightened and I guess lucky that for the most part I don't personally have to deal with this much. Definitely worth reading if you are at all interested in neuroscience.
