I loved it! I read her first two books and eagerly waited for this one to be finished. She "knows" New Mexico and her descriptions of scenery, etc. are wonderful and true. I'm very interested to see where Chris' and Sorrel's relationship goes and will be watching for the next book. A thriller, yes; gave me chills when the rattlers struck. I could not figure out who the villain was and was startled when it turned out to be someone I hadn't considered. I was excited to read it and not disappointed when I did. It will go on the shelf with my other favorite authors.
